Make no mistake, Ken Jenkins was the architect of the Sanctuary County Law – a law that mirrors what Zohran Mamdani supports in NYC. Jenkins refuses to tell the truth about what this law actually does. He denies it makes Westchester a Sanctuary County — but that’s EXACTLY what it does. Jenkins continues to lie on this issue. Read carefully what Ken is saying — he wants credit for honoring judicial warrants from a judge. He has no authority or discretion NOT to honor those warrants. Understand that Jenkins’ law protects violent criminal illegal aliens by prohibiting law enforcement from sharing immigration status with the Feds and handcuffing law enforcement by forcing them to ignore detainers from ICE agents.
